BEFORE EACH KNEE CAN BEND AND BOW ON EARTH & UNDERNEATH IT.... ALL MEN MUST LEARN HOW TO LOVE & BE LOVED

The predicament or prison system is in today, is not simply an economic problem as some say!

It is a social problem of attitude and perspective, but most of all its caused from an epidemic of a lack of love and a failing of the older generation to fulfill their responsibility of disciplining & teaching their children with their loving presence!

And the absence of care of society as a whole about those who have less than them, thinking they are a cut above....  Leave it to someone else to figure a solution is their attitude on one day...

But the next day it is the same people complaining about the homeless who walk the streets looking for food in garbage cans!

If the very Son of GOD had no place to lay HIS Prescious head...

Who are we to look down upon or complain about those who have had a harder road to trot...

We the more fortunate, were not born to who or where we are by any of our own doing!

But rather...  TO Whom much is given Much More will be Required!!!

It is us who have rescources and our mental faculties in order....

To Step up to the plate in Love and reach out together to solve and heal the wounds of this social disease that literally drains not only our economy but yanks the carpet from under moral values that this country was founded...

That All men are created equal with certain unallienable rights!  Every man woman and child born on earth of a woman, was created by GOD for GOD to love and be loved!

We all are one body though most of us will never meet face to face!  Yet our world, our country needs the involvement of each hand & heart to function!

When YOU & WE hear GOD's Voice, Let us harden NOT our hearts!

In order for prisoners when released to make it successfully in employment making positive contributions to society must be trained and taught trade skills, not alegebra, english composition or triganometry!

Which is exactly what some state prison systems are teaching them...

As if those who have fallen into crimes in their past will ever become the next Pultitzer prize winner!!!

Get realistic!  Those who have fallen onto a wrong path to find themselves in a jail or prison, got their because what they were being taught in school growing up from youngsters didn't make sense to them!

These folks need to be shown how to do practical trade skills such as carpenrty, plumbining, electrical and they are usually not capable of learning as many others do just by reading...

But by watching another person actually do it!!  See with their own eyes a carpenter hammer together roof framing, wall framing...  an electician wiring a house!!!

Even the scripture says that FAITH COMES BY HEARING...  not by reading!!!

William Gustavson has designed a teaching system that works which he wants to bring state to state and teach each states prison employees that it may be of bennefit to all in all states around this country!

William is semi-retired and has committed himself to the Lord in helping to solve the problem of the revolving prison door that has been merely recycling the same men & women in and out!

William Gustavson is not your average Master Carpenter.  That is, at one time Carpentry was only his hobby!  He has a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Administration degree.  He worked many years in industry experience in both time study engineering and Manufacturing Procurement and took up Carpentry as a business and not just a hobby in his later years.  This makes him a better bridge between the skilled and the unskilled, for he has worked successfully along side of both the highly educated and the unskilled laborers.
